Goat Project Empowering Dedicated Missionaries in India
In the remote villages of the state of Odisha in India, poverty is a daily reality, and persecution against Christians is a constant threat. Yet, our dedicated partnered missionaries remain steadfast in their mission. These devoted leaders were trained in a GCP-sponsored regional Bible school and had been serving in some of the most challenging environments, facing severe hardship. They are driven by a deep love for the Lord and a desire to bring His Word to the most remote corners of Odisha. Despite living below the poverty line themselves, these courageous leaders are unwavering in their commitment to the Lord. To help these missionaries, a ministry supported by GCP has launched a new initiative to provide them with a sustainable independent income through livestock. They want to distribute goats to 100 missionaries, which will provide a supplementary income through breeding and the production of meat and milk. This small but vital income will act as a cushion during difficult times and emergencies, allowing these leaders to continue their ministry without the constant fear of not being able to provide for their families. The average cost for each goat is $110. We are grateful for any support towards this project. Please contact info@globalcp.org or call 352.243.2030 for any questions regarding this project!
Please pray that this new source of income will be a blessing and provide these missionaries with stability as they continue to dedicate their lives to the mission of the Gospel!
