Pakistan: Desperate for Bibles

The Pakistani Church is currently facing a unique problem. Over the last few years, the number of Christ-followers in this country has grown rapidly. However, it’s grown so fast that there aren’t enough Bibles to give to new believers! Imagine what you would do if when you first became a Christian, you did not have access to a Bible? How difficult do you think it would have been for you to grow in your faith or to tell people about Jesus? This is what many of our new brothers and sisters in Pakistan are currently facing!

Additionally, unbelievers sometimes ask missionaries for Bibles, but they aren’t able to give them any. With this level of hunger for the Scripture, there has never been a greater opportunity to strengthen the Church and reach the unreached of Pakistan. As God’s Word gets into the hands of more and more Pakistanis, we believe this country can be transformed by the love of Christ.
