Turkey: A New Ministry Partnership

With a population of 84 million, 96% of which is Muslim, Turkey represents a significant challenge to the Church’s mission of spreading the Gospel in the Arab World. The country has 68 people groups, 45 of which are considered unreached; and only 0.04% of the population is Evangelical. Needless to say, there is a great need to establish more churches in this country. This is why GCP plans to start helping a ministry lead by native missionary “Nihad” (name altered for safety reasons).

Prior to his work in Turkey, brother “Nihad” had planted a number of churches in Iraq and Iran. His ministry was so fruitful there, that he received many death threats. Eventually, he moved to Turkey. Since then, he’s led many Turkish and Iraqi Muslims to Christ and has planted several churches already. Please pray that GCP can bless brother Nihad with the support he needs to plant many more churches among the unreached of Turkey!

Please pray that GCP’s new partnership with brother Nihad will many unreached Turkish people to Christ!
