Bhutan: Winning Souls in a New Way!

GCP recently received an update on the work of one of our supported missionaries in Bhutan. Gideon Rai shares his testimony on how the Lord gave him strength during the difficult situations he faced with COVID- 19. Gideon writes:

“I was severely discouraged during the continuous COVID-19 lockdowns. I wanted to continue evangelizing, but the COVID restrictions made this nearly impossible. On top of being limited in my ministry, we had poor internet connection, which made our online services stressful for everyone. I decided to pray that God would show me how I could be the most effective in ministry during this difficult time. After praying for some time, the Lord put writing music in my heart. He led me to write worship songs and upload them to the internet for everyone to hear. God is so good, and by his grace, the songs were a blessing to many young adults who found us online! It touched the hearts of many people and allowed us to create new contacts and evangelize in a new way!  I currently counsel and share the Gospel with many young adults through the phone. I thank God for his grace and direction during my time in need and for opening new doors for evangelism!”

Gideon is one of many native Missionaries GCP supports all over the globe that is fulfilling the Great Commission!
