Missionary Giving
Become part of the Global Commission
One of the most cost-effective ways you can take the Gospel to the unreached people groups of the world is by supporting a local missionary. These missionaries know the local languages and culture intimately, most live in the same socio-economic levels as the people they are reaching, they cannot be deported, and they can be fully supported at a very low cost.
For your support, Global Commission will send you a complete profile of your missionary as well as a report of their progress every six months.

In Matthew 24:14 Jesus says, “And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all nations, and then the end will come.” The word nations (in Greek: etnos) does not refer to modern countries, but to ethno-linguistic people groups.
Today, there are more than 10,000 such people groups in the world, and over 4,000 of them (over 3.5 billion people) remain unreached by the Gospel. This means millions of people have never even had the opportunity to accept or reject Christ; they live and die without ever hearing His name. Even more sobering, less than 1% of Christian giving is directed toward reaching these groups with the Gospel. GC is committed to changing that. This is why we work exclusively among unreached people groups.

GC recognizes indigenous missionaries (local believers who share the gospel within their own people groups) as the most cost-effective missionary force today. Why?
They have known their languages from birth, have mastered other dialects, and know their own culture intimately.
Most live at the same social and economic levels as the people to whom they are ministering.
They cannot be deported because they are already citizens of their own country.
Crucially, indigeous missionaries do this highly effective work at a fraction of what it costs to deploy a traditional missionary. But a cripping lack of support holds them back. GC is changing that by coming alongside these workers and provide them the resources they need to multiply their effectiveness.
