Georgia/Iran An Alcoholic’s Testimony
Paul is a refugee who recently gave his life to Christ and is living and working at the missionary training center GCP built some years ago. Now he is sharing his testimony:
"For many years I lived as a homeless person, addicted to alcohol, and with no hope. One day, when it seemed I had reached my lowest point, I found myself lying on the street in the agony of alcohol withdrawal. Just then I saw an old lady. I asked her if she could get me some medicine. However, instead of giving me medicine, she invited me to church. When Sunday arrived I decided that I would go to her church. During the service, I felt something I had never experienced before, and I realized that Jesus is truly God. That day I committed to change the direction I was going and decided to follow Him. I asked, ‘Lord, tell me what do you want from me? I will do that from now on.’ One of the brothers introduced me to this missionary ministry and I moved to Gardabani. When I came here, I thought that no one would understand me because my former lifestyle was so bad. But soon I came to know that these believers loved and accepted me the way I am. Being among my brothers and sisters in Christ has given me so much happiness. Now I’m living and working at the missionary training center.” Paul is praying to God that He will use Him to see many lives change just as his has been changed. Let’s join him in this prayer so that God may use Paul to reach the unreached!
Please pray that God will use brother Paul to take the Gospel to the unreached of the Republics of Georgia and Iran.
