Iran: Stopped by the Secret Police

An Iranian ministry leader recently shared a miracle that occurred to one of the students of the training center GCP helped build. He explained how this student was recently detained by Iran’s secret police and interrogated. They asked the student why he left Iran to go to the city the training center was located, to which he simply gave them his testimony. He replied that he had been a convicted thief who became a Christian and that the reason he went to the training center was to learn more of God’s Word.

In addition, he wanted to receive vocational training so he could feed his family and help others in need as the Word of God tells him to do. The student told them this, knowing that it would likely lead to his arrest or worse, as the Iranian secret police is extremely anti-Christian. However, the Lord caused this student’s boldness and honesty to impact these officers so much that they let him go. Praise God!
