India: How Motorbikes are Multiplying the Mission!

In the mission field, motorbikes have been one of the strongest tools for missionaries. In India, many of our native missionaries do not have personal or public transportation, and their journeys are solely on foot. With over 60% of India’s population living in rural areas, this makes reaching the most unreached villages, jungles, and communities extremely difficult. Each trip can take hours and limits the number of places a missionary can visit. With a motorbike, however, these missionaries can travel farther and faster, covering multiple villages in a week. They can carry supplies like Bibles and food bags to those who would otherwise remain isolated. It also allows missionaries to be there for families in times of need, whether of medical assistance or urgent prayer.  Our partnered missionaries have brought hope of the Gospel, discipleship, and the tangible love of Christ to villages in India that would otherwise remain unreached. In this way, a single motorbike multiplies the impact of a missionary’s work, making it possible to reach hundreds, if not thousands, with the Good News.

Please pray that each motorbike provided to a native missionary become a vessel of hope, carrying His Word and compassion to those who have never heard the name of Jesus.
