Afghanistan: Online Evangelism

After the takeover of the Taliban, Afghanistan has become one of the most dangerous countries in the world to Christians. Sadly, this means that the 99.9% of its population that are unreached, have virtually no way of hearing about the love of Christ. But we at GCP are determined to change that. We have partnered with a ministry to tackle this problem by distributing Gospel of John booklets and performing discipleship through the internet. Believers inside the country, as well as refugees in bordering countries, can print these booklets in the two official languages of Afghanistan, Dari, and Pashto, and distribute them to their fellow Afghans. 

Through this strategy, the ministry is regularly able to share the Word of God, they report to have seen many people give their lives to Christ. They then disciple these new believers online and eventually connect them to an underground church to become baptized and find community.
