Myanmar: Safe Haven For Burmese Children

Missionary leaders dedicating the new site of the Rescue Center.

Two years after the military takeover, Myanmar is still feeling the effects of the war. Children growing up in this environment can no longer attend school, are struggling with poverty, and have even reportedly been facing abuse from soldiers. This is why our partnered ministry opened a girl's rescue center for young girls whose families can no longer protect them. And now GCP will begin a new project alongside our partnered missionaries to start building a new boy’s rescue center in the region! This will provide a safe loving community in Christ for young boys suffering through the horrors of this war. At this center, they will receive nutritious meals, an education, safe shelter, and the opportunity to see the love of Christ and hear his Word. We praise God for providing a path to open another center for Burmese children!

Please pray that this center will be a blessing to every child in need, and pray that the Lord will bring peace to Myanmar
